Notes
*** The prices are expressed in euros and payments are exclusively in Macedonian Denars at the rate of 62,00 MKD for 1 euro
*** The prices do NOT include tourist tax and insurance (45 mkd per person per overnight for adults & 5 MKD for children aged between 0,00-11,99)
*** Children’s accommodation policy in accordance with hotel rules and regulations:
* Children 0-2.99 yrs: FREE OF CHARGE
* 1st CHD 3-11.99yrs: 10 EUR per night
* 2nd CHD 3-11.99yrs: 50% of the ADULT price (available only in Deluxe / Junior Suite & Apartment rooms)
- Children over the age of 12,00 are considered adults and pay 70% of the price of the adult (calculated as a 3rd adult in a room)
*** For booking confirmation, an advance payment of 50% of the total package price is required. The remaining amount is payable no later than 5 days before arrival.
*** Hotel cancellation policy
- 30 days before arrival – we provide voucher
- 15 or fewer days – the full amount will be charged (No refund applicable)

The SPA Facilities for children under the age of 10 are not recommended.
For children between 10 to 12 years of age, parental presence is a must and only the use of the indoor swimming pool is allowed
