*** The prices are expressed in euros and payments are exclusively in Macedonian Denars at the rate of 62,00 MKD for 1 euro
*** The prices do NOT include tourist tax and insurance (45 mkd per person per overnight for adults & 5 MKD for children aged between 0,00-11,99)
*** Children’s accommodation policy in accordance with hotel rules and regulations:
- Children aged between 0-2,99 are free of charge
- Children aged between 3-11,99 pay 10 euro per stay
- Second child aged between 3-11,99 pay 50% of adult price
- Children over the age of 12,00 are considered adults and pay 80% of the price of the adult (calculated as a 3rd adult in a room)
*** For booking confirmation, an advance payment on the amount of 50% of the total package price is required. The remaining amount is payable no later than 5 days prior to arrival.
*** Hotel cancelation policy
- 10 days prior to arrival – full refund
- 10 to 5 days prior the arrival date - 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- 5 or less days – the full amount will be charged
*** The SPA Facilities for children under the age of 10 are not recommended. For children between 10 to 12 years of age, parental presence is a must and only the use of the indoor swimming pool is allowed
